- Equipment Rental Agreement: By renting equipment from Nimbus Peak Limited, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
- Reservation: Equipment reservations are contingent upon availability and must be made in advance to secure your preferred dates.
- Rental Period: The rental period commences upon equipment pickup or delivery and concludes upon its return. Late returns may result in additional charges.
- Payment: Rental fees are payable in full at the time of reservation or upon equipment pickup/delivery. We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, or other mutually agreed-upon methods.
- Security Deposit: Certain equipment rentals may necessitate a security deposit. This deposit will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the equipment, minus any applicable fees for damages or late returns.
- Equipment Care: Renters are accountable for appropriately caring for and handling all rented equipment. Any damage or loss incurred during the rental period will be the renter’s responsibility and may incur additional charges.
- Liability: Nimbus Peak Limited bears no liability for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of rented equipment. Renters assume all associated risks.
- Insurance: Renters may be obligated to provide evidence of insurance coverage for rented equipment or may choose to purchase equipment protection plans offered by Nimbus Peak Limited.
- Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental period may incur a cancellation fee. Please inform us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
- Modification: Any alterations to the rental agreement must be mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with said laws.
